SCOOP have been supporting my Mum over the last four years. The support has allowed my Mum to remain independent in her home. Many of the Support Workers have become like extended family to Mum. She always feels safe and secure during and after their visits. They have provided excellent Companionship. SCOOP will always go the extra mile in a crisis.

My mother always looks forward to her visits from Scoop. The staff are so kind and caring, and professional at all times. Some of those she’s known the longest now feel like extra members of the family. They can always be relied on in an emergency - they go above and beyond in times of need.
